Canadian punk rock.

The Corey Hotline
rom the smoking ashes of Alright Gents, rises The Corey Hotline. The most serious (not serious) rock band from Calgary, Alberta.

The Corey Hotline is like an episode of Degrassi Jr. High without the morals, values or character continuity.

The lyrics are penned and performed by Mason Jenkins, your favourite transgender adventurer. His pants are tighter, guitar louder, and his mustache is even thicker.

Brent Rossall makes his glorious return on bass, and claims that “yeah, I’m gonna move around a bit...ya know? Get down?”

The Corey Hotline’s music is influenced by inanimate objects such as temporary glitter tattoos and stolen bowling shoes. It’s theme music for hot summer bike rides that result in skinny dipping in a public park or an aquacise aerobics class that turns into a cannon ball contest.

The Corey Hotline is eager to please. The music is hot, heavy, and the phone lines are ready.

Inspired by the Riot Grrl movement and the "girls to the front" mantra, Mademoiselle, uses today's current social and political issues to inspire their music. Using only a bass, drums, and their voices the femme punk duo aims to create a sound as big as their messages. - https://www.facebook.com/mademoiselleyyc/
